Charles-Henry and Emmanuel Fourny

Passionate about our land cultivated by our ancestors since 1856, we produce Champagnes from grapes grown in Premier Cru de Vertus, a village located in the south of the famous Côte des Blancs.

Madame Veuve Fourny has shared with us her traditional know-how, as well as old vineyards including the famous Clos, Faubourg Notre-Dame.

Partners and complementary, from our personal experiences, oenology and international trade, we want to continue today our attachment to traditional values.

Varietals: Cabernet Sauvignon 70%, Cabernet Franc 30%

Yield/acre: 2.5 tons/acre

Winemaking regime: separate fermentation of selected grapes for each clone/varietal, aging 100% in French oaks for 12 months before blending, 6 months in bottle

WINE CHARACTERISTICS
Ruby purple in color, aroma of ripe red fruits and spices, velvety, elegant palate with good structure, balanced soft tannins, long and consistent finish.

Vincent Ricard Touraine White Le Petiot

Tasting Notes
This blend of sauvignon was raised in the tradition stemming from vines averaging 30 years old. This wine has a nose dominated by complex varietal aromas of blackcurrant bud, with a strong citrus edge. The taste is fresh, on a gooseberry mackerel with hints of lemon and grapefruit. The finish is long and mineral.
