Pascal, who arrived in the region in 1987, an agricultural consultant, and Marielle, architect by profession, had only one concern : to succeed at an activity that corresponded to their dearest aspiration. This wine is available in a very short release. Very low yield from one single vineyard, which reflects the great characteristics of its terrior. Furthermore, the finest oak barrels are selected for aging.
The aroma of this perennial favorite is pure jasmine. On the palate, the initial crispness leads to a lingering mango finish. 23% aged in new French oak barrels for 5 months.
425 cases produced. 100% Viognier from Blenheim Farm, Seven Oaks, Honah Lee, and Mount Juliet Vineyards.
